I have a 3 bed house converted to 4 in a nice area of sandy, close to the town, train station and local schools. The house has a large front garden and medium back garden, the house also has a allocated garage out of the front of the property. The house has 3 storage cupboards down stairs one being very large, only one toilet and bathroom. The living room is medium sized due to putting up a partician wall for the extra bedroom which can be easily removed.
