I have a decent sized one bedroom (Housing Assoc) flat. It is in a block of flats with 3 floors. mine situated on the 2nd floor, and 2 lifts. The rooms are quite spacious and kitchen has ample storage space, in the hall their is an airing cupboard and a large walk-in storage cupboard. On the ground floor there are two communal lounges where residents can meet and make tea/coffee if you want to mix with others ( some people do and some dont) There is currently some work being done to the ground floor flat. and there a small car park and also disabled parking.
