I have a 1 bedroom ground floor council flat reasonably sized, it is 1 of 7 flats so no high rise or anything in the area and it’s a nice area. Close to amenities, 10 minute walk to the train station for a short commute into London. Close to the countryside and nature reserve. I have one service charge for cleaning and heating which is good during winter months. This would be ideal for someone who is looking to downsize, needs to be closer to family or needs it for work in the city. I am personally looking to get away from city life so i am looking for somewhere alot quieter or preferably a coastal area.
