I live on the estate Ffordd Y Glowyr, Betws. I currently have a two bedroom house looking to swap for a 3 bedroom. The house is a lovely size just too small for me and my boys. It has 3 toilets. 1 in the main bathroom upstairs, 1 in my en-suite and 1 downstairs. The gardens a tidy size with a garden shed and you can fit two cars on the drive. Please note, I will not swap if the house is smaller than this.
