I have a large 2 bedroom ground floor flat in a small estate for over 55's. The flats are purpose built, and there are only 2 flats per building. I have an enclosed paved front yard area, that is shared with the neighbours upstairs, but it can be separated if necessary. The estate has resident only parking and plenty of trees, grass, hedges etc. It is also within walking distance to Drs, dentist, shopping centre, parks, bus station and train station. It is a 15 minute car journey away from Liverpool city centre.
