I have a 2 bedroom ground floor flat in ng7. My flat is newly decorated throughout with new flooring just been put down this year. One room being extremely big and one on the smaller side, very large living room but not such a big kitchen bathroom is a decent size cupboard in also a storage cupboard in hallway. It’s a beautiful little flat but I need out of Nottingham otherwise it would of honestly been my forever home. My flat is situated on very quiet close, on a little private estate. It’s has access to bus route and tram routes easily, a primary school just a cross the road& a whole retail park at the top of the road which has a Aldi, pound shop, b&m, the range and a gym. Asda is only a 5 minute car journey and the town centre is a 10/15 minute walk so very central to everything within Nottingham.
