I have a 3 bed house in Gosport Hampshire The house needs decorating but has lots of storage and potential We are in walking distance to pubs, shops, doctors, beach, bus station, leisure centre, ice rink and ferry to Portsmouth. Ferry takes 15 mins and once that side there is shopping centre, train station, dockyard and bus station within walking distance. There are 3 Residential car parks to pick from, £20 per year for permit from council. Primary school and college close, secondary school a little further away. We are in a built up area but it is pretty quiet, transport links are great. Asda, Morrisons, Lidl and Aldi in walking distance. GROUND FLOOR- Small hallway, kitchen, large cupboard, downstairs toilet and living/ dining room with large under stairs cupboard. FIRST FLOOR (UPSTAIRS) Bathroom with electric shower over bath, large airing cupboard, 3 bedrooms sizes are 15ft*×10ft, 12ftx9ft and 8ftx9ft. GARDEN is medium sized and needs tlc.
