I have a very large one bed flat right at the bottom of Sutton high street. Schools, drs and nhs dentist a plenty. Right opposite Sutton green. With close access to shops and take aways. 5 mins from Sutton common station, 1 minute to bus stops that go to Morden , east Croydon, Kingston and tooting. Hospital is a 10 min walk that has a&e Pets allowed. Communal garden. And lovely neighbours I just need a fresh start. Flat is currently being redecorated. Fitted wardrobes in the bedroom and plenty of cupboard space in the kitchen. Gas and electric with EDF but I don’t rate them so if you’re interested look for a new supplier. SES is the water company. Plenty of local parks and close to a sports centre. Three gyms in the high street. Asda, Lidl’s, Sainsburys, Morrisons and a Tesco express close by. There’s a parking space on the drive and permits for the road. I’ll update the council tax band.
