I have a two bedroom flat, one large room and one smaller room. A long hallway and a 30 square feet front room connected to an open plan kitchen. Lots of windows and natural lighting, On the first floor. Shared garden but nobody uses it at all. Quiet area. Lovely quiet neighbours.
