We have a very large, bright and airy modern new build flat with allocated parking space and use of huge park, field and wooden sunbathing deck (opposite our buildings front door is a kids park surrounded on all sides by a large green field area, plus at the bottom end of the park is a big sunbathing deck w seating. Our flat is 3rd (top) floor in a building of six flats, with our allocated parking space being directly outside the buildings back door - couldn't be closer. We have one large back facing bedroom, a massive front facing open plan kitchen/dining/living room area, with one bathroom (shower over bath), small entrance hall and 2 large storage cupboards (1x in entrance hall, 1x in living room) in the property. Our bedroom currently contains a King bed, makeup desk, 2x bed tables, 1 chest drawers, skinny wardrobe & clothes rail yet still there is plenty of walking space and the room is not cramped.
