Willing to be part of multi swaps if you put in the effort to find connections too. 📍 Interested in areas like: Dulwich SE22, Clapham SW4, Battersea SW11, Barnes SW13, New Malden KT3, Kingston Upon Thames KT1, Bromley (walking distance to The Glades), Guildford, Windsor, Greenwich SE10, Wimbledon SW19/SW20, Chichester, Epsom, and Putney. 👉 I could consider other areas if they're family-friendly and close to amenities. No large estates/flats/maisonettes, please. 🏡 My property: I have a delightful 2 bed terrace house with 2 double bedrooms, 2 toilets, a kitchen diner, a garden, garage, and parking outside the front door. Just 10 minutes by car to the main town, 20 minutes to Perranporth beach, and 25 minutes to St Ives.
