Common entry. Close to Hillsborough shopping, 3 miles city centre and meadow hall M1. Quiet and easy parking/traffic circulation. Council property street first road entrance to small housing estate. Privacy local feeling and quiet for me but maybe more welcoming and open and friendly for you. Double glazed, has central heating and lounge/bedroom are medium sized(3.5 square front, 2.8 by 4.2 back) Unfurnished and some plans by the council to make new bathroom/kitchen etc but not taken up by myself for the time this would require me to be available and that I only wanted unique and minor things, not the whole business.
