We live within very close walking distance of shops, schools and bus routes. The postcode is PO8 9NH. Our front door opens to our own stairs and at the top is a latch on the ceiling that opens up to a large well insulated loft space. Once up the 12 steps there is a door opening to a spacious living/dining room, it has an open archway to a spacious kitchen that has newly been fitted and has 3 large storage cupboards with full length doors.
