I’ve got a beautiful new build 1 bed flat in haslemere with underground parking and you also get your own balcony. I’m on the ground floor, there’s a lift if someone needs easy access to ground floor from the car park as there is a set of stairs from secured main doors and back door. In the living room/kitchen area you have grey carpet in the living room and grey lino in the kitchen. You also get grey carpet throughout the rest of the flat and grey lino in the bathroom. 1 shower/bath In the living room as you get a 3m long window they’ve added a glass safety feature for children and animals. In the bedroom you get a built in wardrobe which is more then a double wardrobe, there’s enough room in the bedroom for my double bed and child’s single bed, still plenty of room for more to be added. It really is a beautiful home. Haslemere is a nice little area and it’s quiet. I’m the first tenant, moved in October
