Lovely large open plan living and dining that has been recently passed with the council,i moved out and had to move back the private rented property i moved into was not safety standard,I moved back into my home day before i handed the keys over. Sadly some floors are missing and the kitchen is back to council standard i had to put it all back remove the woodfloors, But all carpets are back down wich are immaculate condition wich ill leave and white wood venetian blinds all like new wich ill leave This is large 3 bedroom house,No over looking properties and 1 niegbour whos privately bought her home,i have a large garden easy to maintain, the house is neutral decor right threw,its a Very clean home smoke free. I have lived here 26 years. Still have the 1 niegbour whos bought her home. Lived here since the houses was built. I'm in fantastic location with 1 niegbour.
