Hi I have a two bed GGF in a sought after in East Stonehouse Plymouth. A 2 minute walk to the Cremyll ferry to Mount Edgecumbe. A five minute walk to Royal William Yard and Devils Point for a sea swim. Bus stop directly outside road, close to town, train and Brittany Ferries. Due to my job I’m looking for swap out of Plymouth to one of the commuter villages or towns in South Hams or Dartmoor. 2-3 bed with a garden. Our estate has a well established community plus gardening areas with an orchard and veg free for residents to harvest. Our flat needs a spruce up. A new pair of eyes and enthusiasm.
