Mutual Exchange from 2 to 3 bed property

This 2 bed property has off street parking although I always park on the street - with no issues. It has a small garden to the front and quite a nice medium to large sized garden (all enclosed) to the rear. The sitting room is a nice size with a bay window and the whole house is double glazed. The kitchen dining room is large as all open plan together looking into the garden. The bedrooms are a good size, one main bedroom but the other is not just a box room I'd say medium sized. The bathroom is average size with all necessary requirements ie. Shower over bath, wash basin & toilet. There's a boiler cupboard with a combi boiler & a little storage space and I'm not sure about loft space but could enquire if anyone needed more information on this.
