I have a 2 bedroom ground floor flat in Bootle for over 55's. It's on a tiny estate with lots of grass and trees. It has resident parking and pets and under occupancy are allowed. I have my own front door and there is only 1 flat above mine. The living roomis large and has space for a small dining table. There is a shower over the bath and there are 3 very large cupboards off the hallway. My neighbours are lovely people and extremely helpful.
