2 bedroom 1st floor flat, there are nine in the building in total, 3 on each floor. It’s a new build on a new build estate in Berry Acres Paignton. 1 double bedroom, 1 single, good size bathroom with shower, 2 storage closets and a open plan living room and kitchen. Designated parking space outside and although there’s no garden there is lots of greenery in the area to play, and it’s very close to supermarkets. There is a big shared coded lock bin shed for the building to use and every 15 days someone comes to clean the communal areas in the building. I need to be in Torquay for child’s school but have to wait until we’ve lived in the flat at least a year before we can swap which falls at may 2024 so just seeing if there’s anyone who’s looking to swap around the same time. Property type isn’t a big worry as long as it’s right fit.
