We have a lovely large 3 bedroom house mid terrace house in a small and quiet close in cheshunt Hertfordshire. Our garden is approximately 80 foot long ( No grass ). It’s patio and decking area. We have a large outer house in garden with electric and lighting. We have a utility room on the side of our kitchen, which can be made in a dining room or extend the kitchen area.Our living room is the length of our house. Bedrooms we have two large double bedrooms and one single bedroom. We have a driveway for one car and there is a car park opposite where residents or guests can park. New roofs has been done aswell as a brand new front door. Our neighbours are lovely both sides. We are close to train station easy access to get into London, we are close to shops, doctors, and buses if you don’t drive. If anything out house just needs abit of decorating to put your own stamp on it. We have lived here over 10 years now, and my job is now in Norfolk hence why looking to move.
