Hi. I am looking to swap my 3 bedroom home in Stourbridge to somewhere close to St Johns in Worcester to be near to family. At present we live a few minutes walk from a lovely park. There is a local primary and 2 secondary schools within a very short distance, also a train station and bus station and we are also close to the town centre that has lots of shops, 5 minute drive from Merryhill shopping centre also. Our home has been Recently decorated inside and painted externally also....Laminate flooring throughout with carpeted stairs and Upstairs hallway ( all fitted 3 years ago so lovely condition) Blinds fitted to all windows. Very large Low maintenance 3 tiered back garden With large patio area that was laid during lockdown. Wooden and decked summer house/ seating shelter also built during lockdown, plus large grassed area on bottom tier. The garden gets the sun around 12.30 and is there all day until a beautiful sunset. Fantastic for sunbathing and BBQs. Large storage shed on top tier. House is located near the end of the road. Quiet street. . Nice neighbours that Own their house) 3 sliding door fitted wardrobe in largest bedroom, 1 door Is mirrored.Large under stairs cupboard ideal storage.Security lights fitted to front and back of house.Gate access to back garden and door from Kitchen.Kitchen is a decent size with breakfast bar one side and large walk in cupboard / storage. Has Upstairs and downstairs toilets. Our home has been loved and well looked after. Wanting to move to Worcester to be near family. Please only get in touch if you are serious about moving and the area I am looking to move to. I dont mind if I move from a 3 bedroom to a 4 bedroom but I cannot move to a 2 bedroom.
