One bedroom spacious ground floor flat In Romford Havering RM1. This video was taken before i moved in. The Property has no steps or stairs so perfect for someone with mobility issues. Comes with lots of storage space and There is a brand new kitchen & bathroom fitted & the property has been freshly painted. There is currently no flooring in the property as it’s been recently renovated. But im happy to discuss this. Romford station is located less than a mile away as well as Liberty shopping center. Access to a very well maintained communal garden however I requested a fence to corden off a private garden for myself before i moved in as i have a very large dog which was approved for my dog’s safety & others, so there is currently a private garden as you can see in the video. If you are able to keep the garden due to having a large dog or a few dogs they may agree so this is an option for people with pets. Bare in mind the garden fence may be taken down if you have no pet/pets. The communal garden itself is hardly ever used anyway. There is also sole use of a front garden. Private car park space available at the back of the property and plenty of free parking on the road. Easy access to the A12 and M25 is less than 10 minutes away. I have only just moved in July, unfortunately i lost my mother last year & i was downsized to this property, its a beautiful place however i need to be near my family as i am still grieving and i need the support, This is The reason for me wanting to move so soon before i settle in as this was not my desired area but this is all they had available. Its a stunning flat but i just feel so lonely here. I have spoken to my housing officer & they are happy for me to exchange. Needing a one Bedroom Flat with parking available. Also Due to having a very large dog I would need my own garden. I wouldn’t be able to swap if this isn’t available 😞 or if im not able to corden off part of a communal garden for my Dog then it will not be ideal really sorry 😞 I’ve had dogs all my life and have always had a outside space for them, im happy to multiswap if something suitable is available for me 🙂 Many thanks for taking a look at my add.
