I have a four bedroom house with two double bedrooms and 2 single bedrooms. There is a driveway to the front of the property, and a huge garden to the rear with side access. The house currently has a stair lift but that will be removed when leaving the property, there is a wet room downstairs, and a single WC upstairs. There is plenty of storage space with a cupboard on the landing upstairs and under the stairs cupboard with another cupboard on the hallway downstairs. The living room has a patio door to the front with a ramp. There is central heating to the property. This house is based in a col-d-sac within the Redford area. Very close to schools, shops, public transport. I have lived here for 27 years but need to downsize as I am solely living in this house.
