Decent sized 3 bedroomed terraced house. Plenty of Parking out front and rear of the property . Pets aloud . Nice sized rear low maintenance enclosed garden with 6 ft fence all around and open front garden . Double glazing throughout. Heating is Combo boiler and radiators . It has a wet room with shower and toilet tiled throughout and a downstairs toilet room , no bath . The neighbours are fantastic , they are in their 40s-50s so they are quite , but still allow you to do what you want without complaining or interfering , we have lived here for 19 years with the same neighbours but we need to move to be nearer to my poorly mother . As we don’t want to move but need to we will only accept south Molton so please don’t ask to swap somewhere completely different . We are 10 mins walk from Lichfield town centre, doctors, schools, and bus station , but are still out of the way of it all, area is clean and very peaceful , the house has no expense spared and is decorated to a high standard , obviously not to everyone’s choose , we would accept a 3 bed but would prefer a 4, it needs to have space for parking and a good sized rear garden
