I have a 2 bed on the ground floor both good sized rooms and kitchen which has access to the garden door and garden also has a side path with a gate with a key at the end. Decent size garden great neighbours and nice living room fits large dining table corner sofa corner cabinet TV cabinet and coffee table and still has space for running around etc
