I have a 4 bedroom house in Durrington Worthing West Sussex, The house has 2 large bedrooms and 2 small, the lounge is a lovely size, the kitchen is a desirable large, I have a downstairs toilet and and nice size hallway, I'm one of a small handful in my road that has a porch (which was built by my husband), I also have a good size rear garden which has a brick built shed it is decked outside the conservatory and it has a separator decorative rail stepping down onto and full AstroTurf garden and a above ground pond, it has a double drive/off road parking and is I believe the only house on the road with the double drive. It is VERY close to all amenities outside the backgate is one bus length distance to the set of traffic lights the cross over to the entrance of tesco express new road Durrington where you will find tesco express, kamsons pharmacy, Costa coffee, taco Bell, subway, card factory, the works, sweeney Todd's barbers,pets Corner, currency/travel money exchange, Holland and barretts, timpson key cutting/locksmith, Vision express, charity shop, dry cleaners and if course the petrol station which next to it on the tesco site is clothes banks and donation containers which are regularly emptied. Also the other end of tesco car park which is also directly outside the back gate is the local community center which has a good variety of clubs fir children and tea and coffee mornings they also offer a come and play group for babies and children not quiet nursery age but this is a (parents myst stay with child at all times) no immediate cost it's donation based its 5 minute walk to the local park, also the local public house/hungry horse restaurant, there is a vets nearby within 15 minute walk, the local primary school Hawthorns is a 5 minute walk down the road and the nearest secondary school is Durrington high which is a 20 minute walk, the local doctors is limetree doctors surgery and this is only a 10 minute walk too and the bus stop is directly outside the back gate of the house and the local dentist which is Pearl dentist and this is a 35 minute walk and the nearest post office is 10 minutes walk to get to the nearest train station is Durrington-By-Sea this is 15 minute walk and the nearest college is Northbrook College Goring Road and the sea front is a 15-20 drive. I love living here but due to a recent health situation that I need to be closer to other members of my family, not to far away but nearer to my poorly relative, I'd love to stay but after everything that my relative is going through she needs my support on a hhigher demand. The house itself is close to everything so is accessible to everything that would possibly be required, I'm looking for something simarlar but will still require 4 bedrooms if you are interested please contact me if there is more info you'd require, GENUINE INTEREST ONLY NO TIME WASTERS
