It's a large ground floor flat with a fairly big private garden 12ft by 8ft at the moment but once the old shed is removed there will be an extra 8ft by 4ft making the garden much bigger. There is a beautiful butterfly bush i planted 8 yesrs ago and the garden is a sun trap! Sadly my health has deteriorated and i need to move closer to my son for support. There is a private entrance into the property through the garden and the front door is our own but is accessed through the communal hall. Inside there is a shower over bath the kitchen is smaller but addaquate. The front room is a good size and over looks out to the playing field opposite. Both the bedrooms are kigsized. There are 5 steps at the back into garden and 3 steps at the front of the building. There's a huge playing fields opposite and 3 junior schools and a comprehensive in Easy walking distance. Dr's shops and leisure centre a few minutes walk away. Lots of clubs to join near by too . Saltash is a lovely town with a great community feel we are just a 15min walk or 5 min drive to the Waterfront where there are pubs and restaurants and also a yachting club or public slipways into the water if you like kayaking or watersports. 10 min walk the other direction and you are at the Church Town Farm Nature Reserve. I love Saltash but my health means I'm desperate to move to Plymouth to be near family. Happy to swap photos etc Thanks for looking looking for a 2 bed I need to move to be closer to support due to my health deteriorating. I want outside space it doesn't have to be a garden, just a space i can have a seat. I have a dog so he's got to be allowed. I could consider a house or marionette if it was allowed to fit a stairlift. I'd prefer a shower cubicle as I have osteoporosis and osteoarthritis but it's not a top priority.
