I have a beautiful two bedroom flat which is a new build, it’s a tiny block with 4 floors, it has lift and stairs, the neighbours are very friendly and lovely. I’m located very close to the train station with direct lines to West Ham - fenchurch street and Southend Central, the train station is a five minute walk from my address. Permitted parking, clean, fresh and new. Local shops and local schools, only reason for the move is my new job is located in Brentwood and it would be easier for me to live there preferably close to the high street!
