FIRST OF ALL IM DOWNSIZING Ihave a large 2 bed mid terrace council property,all the rooms are big and can easily fit a family of 4 as long as kids are same sex,i have my own garden,roof terrace,rtb,secure tenant,own entrance,great storage,one couple live above this property is basement and upper ground floor,property needs decorating i was decorating but my son moved out recently so looking for a large 1 bed with sole use garden,i dont mind if property needs decorating neither,i wont move if theres no sole use garden as i like to do gardening,im looking to move within margate or close to it i like to be around nature and the coast we are close to great transport links to kings cross,city,shopping areas gps parks everything you would expect im looking for a fresh start
