I live in a new build property in blaby, just off heybrook avenue, I’m the only tenant to have lived here as the property was built summer 2021 and we moved in on the October, it’s had new carpets and flooring throughout and we haven’t decorated so it’s white interior throughout aswell, it has a bathroom with a bath and overhead shower and a separate downstairs toilet, 2 large bedrooms, 2 private parking spaces on a drive, large well maintained garden out the back and a small front garden area which is planted and woodchipped, open plan kitchen/living room with where the kitchen has lots of storage and surface area, large double doors open from the lounge to the garden which is great on warmer days, the area and street we live on is lovely and quiet it’s the perfect home but unfortunately we have outgrown it.
