The house that we are renting is very well maintained 2 bedroom semi-detached house. We don't smoke and our pet is an outdoor cat. The house has a well sized lounge, a well equipped kitchen with a storage room and a washing/ drying room as you come out from the kitchen to the garden. The first floor has two good sized bedrooms, WC room and the bathroom. We decorated some of the rooms with wallpapers. The house has iar source heating installed so it is cheap to heat up the property and to maintain it warm. There is a loft on top of the ceiling which can be accessed climbing through a small compartment to store things. The house is the last of the row so the garden is slightly larger than other neighbors, and it is well fenced around and private. There is a shed in the garden to store garden tools, bikes, ect.
