I have a 2 bed end of terrace house actually in Mottingham SE9 but is Bromley borough council tax. They missed Mottingham off the list, Chislehurst West was the closest location to choose. There is a downstairs toilet/seperate bathroom. Double glazed. New roof last year. L shape living room medium size. Kitchen is a good size with lots of cupboards and a Vaillant combi boiler. Decent sized back garden with allotments behind. Side gate and a small front garden. Parking bays outside (no permit needed). Lots of primary schools local and secondary schools close by in Chislehurst, Bromley, Grove Park and Eltham. Brilliant bus routes serving Chislehurst, Eltham, Bromley, Orpington and Addington. Quite a few Doctors surgeries close by and also a local little shopping area with a Co-op about 5 minutes walk and Lidl about 15 minutes walk the other direction. Its 1 bus to Mottingham train station and also Bromley South. Elmstead Woods Station is about 20 minute walk. Lovely quiet road.
