I have a 2 bedroom flat in a high rise in St Leonards. There is a small walk in cupboard, stand in shower and the living room kitchen and bedrooms are a decent size. There is 24 our access to a laundry room with washing machines and dryers. There is a large car park with disabled parking. There are 2 lifts in the building and it has a fob entry system which I have felt its good to have that extra security. I have lovely elderly neighbours so flat is peaceful and there is always a friendly face to say hello to in the building.
