This bungalow is not on an estate, only 1 neighbour who is quiet & friendly. The people in the town are really friendly & kind. Bath with shower overhead. GCH, pets allowed, double glazed windows, vinyl flooring throughout, no age restriction, no S106, bus stop right outside. There are steps to access property & a slope too. Pharmacy, 2 Churches, GP surgery, Post Office, hairdresser & a barber, petrol station, weekly farmers market, fruit & veg stall close by. I would like to move to any town in Cornwall between Saltash and Hayle. Without an age restriction, pets accepted and without an S106 attatched.
