2 bed cottage flat very spacious, big kitchen, living room good size, big master bedroom and medium sized bedroom, wet floor shower room, also as utility room for washer and dryer, 2 gardens, small back yard and massive front yard with drive enough for 3 cars, council property, neighbours are great, lived here 18 years and never had any problems, I really love this place but need bigger as family growing, all recently decorated, all fairly new flooring, pets are allowed, all new blinds just bought, wish didn't after move but needs must, I will accept most property's thanks it's not in cross gates I'm in harehills/gipton at top end near York Road
