I live Near a library and local shops just down the road quite area very nice neighbours, there's a park just down the road, local schools doctors down road, morrisons shopping down the road aswel, and all other shops very nice, bus stops aswel to local places eg. Romford, chad well Heath tube station down road and local underground stations Aswel, my house is all replastered and laminate flooring in all rooms , new carpet on stairs and landing, tiles in bathroom and kitchen, new kitchen and bathroom done by myself not council, new patio laid in garden and fence and grass, I have split the big bedroom at the front Into two separate rooms so now a 3 bed but still 2 bed on paper, so you get a extra room, I will only consider council properties thank you.
