Additional information from tenant My house was built in 2021 so I’m the only person to have lived in it. It’s lovely and light inside, rooms are large and bedrooms are almost exactly the same size with alcoves for the wardrobes. 2 large airing cupboards upstairs as well as cupboard under the stairs. Nice sized back garden that is fully enclosed by a 6 foot fence. My house in on a small street made up of about 27 houses, so no estate. W/C downstairs and family bathroom upstairs. 2 parking spaces to side of property as well as access to garden. Very easy access to amenities, 5 minute walk to primary school, shop, hospital, Union Wharf and Canal. Bus stop at the end of the street which gets into town centre in 2 or 3 minutes. Stunning walking close by, canal, farmers fields, old rail way track and river paths through the park that are lined with Willow trees. Lots of cafes, restaurants, pubs and shops in town. Direct train to London that takes less than an hour and the train into Leicester takes 11 minutes. Garden is a work in progress with fence being painted and lawn being established
