Reluctant exchange. Absolutely love my home but I'm in need of my own bedroom due to giving it up for my Son (previously sharing with Sister). I have lived in my modern, respectful complex since it was first built approx 16 years ago and I have never had a single days problem. That being one of many reasons I was reluctant to exchange prior to now. My home is a beautiful first floor 2 bedroom flat that I take great pride in keeping well maintained/modern. One spacious bedroom with built-in wardrobes and though bedroom two also has built-in wardrobes it is smaller in size- though is comfortably sized (fits double bed, desk, large IKEA drawers). Living room is rather large and unique Hexagon shape ( 5 windows) giving it much character. Bathroom- small but big enough. Kitchen is large with window and handy larder cupboard. One added bonus is that I have my own long landing sectioned off from the communal stairs with my own fire door. Allows privacy (also handy).
