One Main Bedroom One Single Room

My property boasts one main bedroom with built in wardrobe and a useful additional single/study/storage room which does not attract bedroom tax or occupancy issues. It has a wetroom with a new electric shower system and a slightly adapted fitted kitchen featuring integrated appliances, vast storage, airing cupboard, assistive cupboard features and sitting space. The living room is at the rear of the property and features built in shelving and alcoves with a small rear hallway leading to the back garden. The main hallway has built in storage additionally and an internal door separating the entrance, box room and hallway. There is also useful loft space. A full New Central heating system has been installed and the property has smart meters. The property has private, secure front and rear gardens with new gates and much new fencing, side and extended patio areas with medium to large rear garden space. There are many amenities close by including two doctors surgeries, chemist, optician, several hairdressers/beauty parlours, Tesco express/CoOp, library, community centre, cafe, community shop, bank and cash points, fast food. There is also a rescued cost community car scheme run by volunteers available to the area and a low cost funded community supermarket is also about to open at the local shopping arcade. I am looking for a rural/semi rural house or bungalow only in the areas of Wales, Derbyshire, Staffordshire, Cheshire, Cumbria, Yorkshire, Cambridgeshire. Preferably council over housing association but may consider HA for the right property (conditional on allowing my pets). A high fenced secure back garden is a must with good public transport links. No flats, 'estates', multi swaps or London/South areas will be considered.
