It’s a few minutes walk to Brentwood Station, 10 minute walk to Brentwood High street. Walking distance to primary and secondary schools, and Just off M25 junction 28. Close to country parks/walks. Intercom entry. No lift. Neighbours are friendly, local area is reasonably quiet. We have a specific school provision in Billericay so would like to move closer to the school. Doesn’t have to be billericay but not too far away. 2 bedroom also considered if an outside space is available.
