I’ve a 3 bedroom large and sunny modern flat with lift/elevator- 4 levels in very quiet and private stair, R&G balconies in living room and 2 of the bedrooms, plenty storage space, laminated throughout, built in wardrobes/double cupboards in all bedrooms. Double glazing and very cheap heat and hot water source (pretty much the same as GCH) In process of painting and decorating all neutral colours. There is a residents car park and front shared garden. Close to GPs, bus stops, large supermarkets and lots of other amenities, I’ve never needed the car living here. I’m definitely not in a hurry to move,I do like it here but my health requires a ground floor. Looking for a house or bungalow, preferably with own back garden. 2 or 3 bedrooms.
