Serious about moving. (March 1st 2024) Looking for a 1 bed house or Bungalow within 2.5 miles of the coast of Cornwall. St Agnes, Perranporth. Or Lantic Bay, Whitsand Bay. My bungalow needs decorating inside. All the walls need filler, sanding and painting. 2 bedroom bungalow with wheelchair access to the front door. Side garden that can be used for parking. Heat Exchanger for central heating and hot water. Fast and efficient. Wet room. (No bath). (Well panelled shower room with drainage floor). Walk-in storage room. (No windows). Solar panels on roof. 18 of them. Facing the right way too. Large Aurora Solar Panel Inverter in the attic. Ceiling air conditioning unit in the hallway and attic. Nice neighbors. That say hello and talk. (I'm in the garden a lot). Cafe 1 minute walk away. Church, 1 and 1/2 minutes walk away. Communal hall, 3 minutes walk. Country walks along paddocks with livestock off the end of the road. Horses, sheep, ponies. Near a small airfield with a glider club. Gliders often overfly the bungalow. The Church at the end of the road plays Westminster Chimes. Wide Doors for wheelchair - Living room, Kitchen and Front door. Fitted kitchen. Kitchen floors got old tiles but good. New fitted carpet with underlay in the hallway. Window frames look almost new. (They're not new, just really good condition). Maybe 16' of raised beds along the garden fence. I have been gathering nice soil. Giant grass plant. I have dug up all the bramble roots. This is a very good little bungalow. I miss Cornwall too much. I am disabled and need to walk the coastpath of Cornwall and fly my model gliders again.
