A sleepy little village with a close bus stop, spar and pub. Our bungalow is completely enclosed with 6 foot fencing as we have dogs. The garden is quite large and goes around the end of our bungalow and joins the front garden which is also secure. We are an at the end of 5 properties and the area is extremely quiet. We have genuine reason for swapping which I am happy to disclose if we meet. We have 1 good size bedroom, a fair size second bedroom which can fit a double bed a fair size lounge and a walk in wet room. The kitchen has lots of cupboard space and big enough to pop a small table in. Because we are an end property the parking is a dead end and nobody parks there except us and the car is right outside our gate, under a street light at night. There are 2 joined large brick sheds and a disability ramp with railings leading to the back door. Please note we have used the second bedroom as a lounge (man cave for my husband hence the single chair) and the lounge the second bedroom due the amount of disability aids I have but all are painted neutral so can be reverted back very easily. .
