One flat above only and none either side (house to one side) Open planned living room diner with kitchen. The bathroom has a shower over the bath. Large storage area in the hallway. Bus stop is less than 5 mins walk away, also local pub 5 mins away besides the canal. Great place for those that like out doors and greenery, Wigston town, Fleckney, Blaby, Oadby all ten mins away. Schools within walking distance. I'm looking for a one bedroom flat, doesn't need to be ground floor but does need to be very close to shops and local amenities. Areas I prefer are Wigston Town, South Wigston, Welford Road, London Road but I'm open to others if it's very close to shops and amenities.
