I live in a block of 6 flats on a very quiet road. 3 mins walk to a premier store and farmfoods store also 3 mins walk to bus stops into town centre. The bedrooms are good double size. Good decorative order. A balcony big enough to sit out on or hang washing. The front of property is first floor the back is ground floor. Lovely neighbours too. I am looking to down size to a 1 bed ground floor property with outside space. Must allow pets. I am very serious about a swap. Council exchange only
