The flat was built in 2019 and is really cheap to run! our heating bill for water and main heating each month is £8! Vinyl flooring and hard flooring throughout, carpeted bedrooms (the carpets do need replacing which we are happy to replace out of goodwill), We are also happy upon request to paint all the flat back to white so you have a fresh canvas when moving in.
