I have a 2 bedroomed end of 3 houses. Central heating, double glazing, 2 very large bedrooms, (Both new carpets dec 23), kitchen diner, downstairs wc, upstairs bathroom with shower and wc. Rear and front garden with a driveway. I have been the only tenant as I had it from new 13 years ago. Friendly neighbours. South facing garden has the sun all day long. My reason for moving is a new start now my kids have left home. Lovely area, countryside just outside entrance to the estate (Dodford).
