hi everyone , I have a large , 2 bed new build , melton Mowbray , only 1 year old and I have been the only person to live here , 2 car drive way, private and away from main roads ,front and back garden,I have recently put a shed in the garden, this will stay with this house ,up stairs and down stairs toilet , my sons room is definitely big enough to be split,plenty of storage,this home is very looked after and has been the perfect home for me and my boy, but unfortunately I’m looking to swap, I am looking for another 2 bedroom house,COUNCIL , I don’t mind if the house needs work I’m happy to do the work the house needs , must be melton Mowbray or asfordby,I’m not looking to swap with housing association, I’m open for people to come view and I have a lot more information on this property if interested, this house has so so many benefits for someone who just wants a fresh start ,a easy home to maintain and cheaper bills 🏠 Thankyou for reading / can send more pictures if interested
