Our Flat is a ground floor 2 bed flat, The access to the building has a built in Ring doorbell security, the flat is located right near two supermarket shops (farmfoods and lidl) a corner shop and is a 5-10 minute walk into the city centre. There is a GP just 2 minutes down the road and a Pharmacist right opposite the property. We have two Primary Schools near by and a beautiful 1,200 acre forest located just around the corner. The neighbourhood is friendly and quiet, everyone tends to keep to themselves. The communal areas are cleaned weekly and Wales & West are FAST at responding to to any repairs and the tenancy support is great.
