Large Semi detached 4 bed house with separate dining room (was used as bedroom number 5). We also have an outhouse which has been converted to a room, it has electricity and heater. This could be used as bedroom number 6/craft room/office/playroom but we used it as a man cave for my sons. We also have a small brick built shed for storage. Side alleyway access with new lockable white UPVC doors, we use this as access instead of the front door as you don’t have to trek mud etc through the house. Very close to bus/train/transport links/nursery school/Presdales and primary schools. We are a 10 minute walk to the town as there is a pathway that leads to the main road. Very friendly cul de sac, away from the main roads, there are only 3 housing association houses in this close. Close to a lovely park and Post woods, also walking distance to two SEN schools. Water is not on a meter as we are on a hill, water rates are £270 a year. Looking for a 3/4 bed house, bungalow or flat in Ware, Stansted abbotts or Hertford, not Sele Farm. I have lived here for 12 years so in no rush to move, 3 of my children have moved out so house is too big for us now.
